#AskTheDocs: Posture

Working from home? Here's our tips to make your workstation a little bit more comfortable for extended periods of time.

First of all, posture is the key.

Sit up straight, and scoot your body in close to your desk, with your back against the chair. Balance is so important to good posture. Even if you have to remind yourself to sit up straight every half-hour or so, do it! Your body and mind will thank you later.

Second, drop your shoulders and let them relax.

Third, never move your computer to the side during the majority of your work day. You should be facing your computer straight on. If it's possible to raise your computer to eye-level, take the measures to do so.

These are just a few tips for good in-office or home-office posture. If you need more personal instruction, please give us a call at (952) 447-8980. We'd love to hear from you!
